To get the complete nutritional balance daily, Serg prepares and deliver macrobiotic meals to client’s home, place of work, or other locations.
Step 1: Shopping the day before, for premium, all organic ingredients to be used in meal preparation.
Step 2: Preparing balanced, nutritious and satisfying whole foods meals that can include the following: whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, barley, etc.), beans or other form of protein (tofu, tempeh, seitan or fish), vegetables (boiled, sautéed, or steamed), soups, sea vegetables (hijiki, arame, dulse, etc.), whole wheat or buckwheat noodles, among others.
Step 3: Delivering freshly prepared meal(s) to client’s home or place of work. (Depending on the location, additional delivery charges may apply)
Meal Plan Schedule:
3 meals per day, 3 days a week minimum, delivered.
