This food delivery option is for clients who need an individually tailored meal plan to support specific level of activity (i.e. playing tennis, working out, practicing yoga) or getting in shape for an extensive physical activity (i.e. tennis tournament, marathon, triathlon). The meals are prepared to provide stamina and strong energy and contain more protein (i.e. fish and other seafood, beans and grain stews, etc.)
