Follow Ups:
It takes approximately 120 days for body’s cells to replenish. Clients are encouraged to schedule a main follow-up with Serg after 3-4 months of the initial consultation for a progress update and to make any needed lifestyle or dietary adjustments. Some clients will prefer more guidance in the beginning and can sign up for monthly follow ups (every 3 weeks).
